Social activities

• Co-founder of LAGERTA INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY OF WOMEN, 2022;
• Initiator and leading expert of WOMEN OF FALLEN HEROES PROJECT which provides psychological, social, and legal assistance to Ukrainian women who lost their husbands in the war (within the framework of LAGERTA), 2022;
• Trainer-representative of Ukraine in the REGENERATION project (a joint project of the NGO Institute of Process-Oriented Work Ukraine IPWU and the Olena Pinchuk Foundation for the training of specialists and the provision of psychological assistance for the mental rehabilitation of Ukrainians), 2022.

• Head of the team of supervisors. Since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, Oksana and her team have been providing supervision for a number of UNICEF, UN Women, ActionAid, BHA and FHI360 projects.
• Head of the Kyiv city branch of the Ukrainian Association of Family Psychologists, 2020;
• Expert, leading trainer and supervisor of international social charitable projects «HealthRight International» and the International Charitable Foundation «Ukrainian Foundation for Public Health» with the support of the UNFPA and UNICEF on the prevention of gender-based violence, on domestic violence counteraction (mobile teams and shelters), on support and rehabilitation of ATO veterans and captives who were tortured, 2015;

• A project that promotes responsible women’s leadership by involving women in cultural and community life.
• Partnership in the cultural and historical project “Author’s Kitchen Ukraine,” which reproduces lost Ukrainian culinary books from history and disseminates authentic culinary records.
• For the past 8 years, engaged in career guidance practices with children and adults.

• An expert in the field of education for children and youth.
• Over 10 years of experience in the banking sector in leadership positions in risk departments of foreign banks. Head of the first fintech projects in Ukraine.
